2. ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Service Availability
Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain consistent service, SinappGames does not warrant that the applications shall be uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the services, including specific game features or server access, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
To ensure optimal performance, users shall be responsible for maintaining compatible hardware and updated operating systems.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
Registration and Authentication

Should you wish to terminate your relationship with SinappGames, you may do so by uninstalling our applications and deleting your associated local and cloud save data.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Permitted Conduct

Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of our software and the experience of our user base, you hereby agree that you shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Reverse Engineering: You shall not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of our Android applications.
Cheating and Exploitation: You shall not utilize, develop, or distribute automated software programs, "bots," "cheats," "hacks," or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the intended gameplay experience.Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. 
Commercial Exploitation: You shall not exploit the games, or any portion thereof, for commercial purposes, including but not limited to gathering virtual currency for real-world sale.
Interference: You shall not disrupt, overburden, or aid in the disruption of any computer or server utilized to offer or support our services.
Ad Manipulation: You shall not employ mechanisms to artificially inflate ad impressions, block advertisements, or otherwise interfere with the third-party ad networks integrated into our games.
Enforcement and Reporting
Violation of these acceptable use provisions shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. SinappGames reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the services without prior notice or liability.

5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership of Services
SinappGames retains all right, title, and interest in and to the applications, including but not limited to all software code, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, audio files, and all other elements of the games. License Grant to User
Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement, SinappGames hereby grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and execute our applications on compatible Android devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.


User-Generated Content
To the extent that our applications permit you to create, submit, or display content (such as usernames or custom avatars), you hereby grant SinappGames a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the services.
If you believe that any content within our applications infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you shall submit a formal takedown notice to our contact email provided herein.
6. PAYMENTS & BILLING
In-App Purchases and Virtual Goods
Our applications may include opportunities to acquire virtual currency, digital items, or premium features (collectively, "In-App Purchases"). You hereby acknowledge that such In-App Purchases do not constitute the purchase of physical goods. Billing Processing

Refund Policy
Notwithstanding any applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, all In-App Purchases are deemed final and non-refundable upon delivery of the digital content. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAMES SHALL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR SECURE FROM MALICIOUS INTRUSION.
Limitation of Liability
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL SINAPPGAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Liability Cap
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO SINAPPGAMES FOR IN-APP PURCHASES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS STRICTLY PRECEDING THE CAUSE OF ACTION. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; thus, some of the above limitations may not apply to you in your capacity as a consumer.


9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally. You shall provide written notice of the dispute to SinappGames via email, and the parties shall negotiate in good faith for a period of no less than thirty (30) days.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
10. CHANGES & TERMINATION
Modification of Terms
SinappGames reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. In the event of a material change, we shall provide notice by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where appropriate, providing an in-app notification. Termination by SinappGames
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use our applications and block future access to our services, without notice and at our sole discretion, if we determine that you have breached any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you herein shall immediately cease.
Users are advised to review this Agreement periodically to ensure continued compliance with our operational policies.
11. GENERAL LEGAL
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence apply, those laws shall take precedence to the extent required.




Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement

Assignment
